DISCLOSURE: The Indian Gaming Association Seminar Institute reserves the right to cancel any scheduled conference, training, or other scheduled event as a result of causes beyond its control, including but not limited to the outbreak of virulent illnesses, restrictions on travel, or the unavailability of venues or presenters, if in its determination, conducting the event would risk jeopardizing the well-being of its staff or attendees or the integrity of the event. Should an attendee wish to cancel their registration for any Seminar Institute event, they must contact the Seminar Institute at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event in order to procure a full refund. Attendees who request a cancellation fewer than thirty (30) days before the scheduled event will be given credit towards registration for a future event hosted by the Seminar Institute. Registration credit may only be used on events occurring within twelve (12) months of the event for which the original registration was canceled. Registrations canceled within one (1) week of the event will not be refunded. Registration may be transferred to an individual other than the original registrant on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, unless specifically excepted, all event registration fees must be paid at least ten (10) days before the first scheduled segment of the event either online or by mail.
